About this role.

As a Physician in our LockwoodFamily Medicine practice, youll work collaboratively with 3additional providers (1 physician and 2 APPs), to provide top-notch care and patient experience.

Throughout the day you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with in house behavioral health, in house pharmacy, and specialty providers within the community.

• Competitive Compensation : $280,000 plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive.
• Quality Bonus : $15,000 (based on your score of 4 quality metrics).
• Incentives : $25,000 starting bonus, up to $20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable), and up to $100,000 student loan repayment bonus (if applicable).

You would practice at our LockwoodFamily Medicine clinic.

You typically work four 10 hour shifts during the week, no weekends.

You will work in a brand new practice that has supportive colleagues, consulting physicians, and strong nursing staff.

You'll be apart of a growing practice with strong community ties!

You'll provide full spectrum family medicine care to a wide range of patients.

You'll be able to practice 100% outpatient with no OB.

What youll bring.

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine.
• Residency trained in Family Medicine.
• Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline.
• Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one.
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process.
• A passion for family medicine.
• We do accept J1 and H1B waiver candidates.
• We are well versed in this space and have a strong, capable, and effective team in place to help support and guide you through this process.
