Now, Rippling is revolutionizing workforce management with AI-powered solutions that streamline business operations. Our AI Products team is focused on integrating AI into our platform and developing AI-driven products from the ground up.

In this role, you'll help design and develop new AI-driven products and foundational components that enhance the functionality of our 30+ existing products.

Your work will transform how our Engineering teams build and incorporate AI into our software development practices at Rippling.

What You'll Do :

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify and implement AI capabilities within Rippling’s existing products.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven products and features from scratch, focusing on improving user experience and functionality.
• Help lead development efforts across the stack, building both backend services and frontend interfaces that integrate AI capabilities seamlessly.

Qualifications :

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience in our technology stack - Python, Django, Golang, React, MongoDB, Presto, Pinot, Kafka, AWS.
• Industry experience building frontend components in React.
• Ability to thrive in a full-stack environment by identifying areas of impact and independently pursuing them.
• A track record of influencing and enabling forward-thinking technology decisions across a broad organization.
• Excellent ability to communicate complex technical ideas with clarity and precision in written and verbal formats.

The pay range for this role is : 135,000 - 236,250 USD per year (US San Francisco Bay Area).
