What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Work directly with employer groups and health plan leadership to resolve issues and ensure member satisfaction

Collaborate with account executives to build business cases for client-facing initiatives and support implementation

Facilitate regular meetings with employer groups to promote product opportunities and enhance market penetration

Document interactions with assigned accounts in Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate data capture for client relationships

Support client audits, presentations, and health fairs, enhancing client engagement and satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and / or work experience; HS diploma or GED required

Minimum of 2 years of client service / account management experience

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate meetings and resolve conflicts

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects under pressure

Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy benefit management industry

Prior pharmacy technician experience and / or CPhT certification

Demonstrated ability to develop effective selling messages and presentations

Experience collaborating and influencing effectively across departments

Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in healthcare settings
