What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Work directly with employer groups and health plan leadership to resolve issues and ensure member satisfaction
  • Collaborate with account executives to build business cases for client-facing initiatives and support implementation
  • Facilitate regular meetings with employer groups to promote product opportunities and enhance market penetration
  • Document interactions with assigned accounts in Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate data capture for client relationships
  • Support client audits, presentations, and health fairs, enhancing client engagement and satisfaction
  • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and / or work experience; HS diploma or GED required
  • Minimum of 2 years of client service / account management experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to facilitate meetings and resolve conflicts
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects under pressure
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
  • How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy benefit management industry
  • Prior pharmacy technician experience and / or CPhT certification
  • Demonstrated ability to develop effective selling messages and presentations
  • Experience collaborating and influencing effectively across departments
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in healthcare settings
