One of our top clients is seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the structural engineering field and a deep understanding of complex structural systems.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage complex structural engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Perform advanced structural analysis and design calculations.
- Develop innovative and cost-effective structural solutions.
- Coordinate with architects, clients, and contractors.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers.
- Oversee project budgets and schedules.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a Structural Engineering emphasis.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional structural engineering experience.
- Strong proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD Pro, ETABS).
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Experience with specific building types (e.g., high-rise, healthcare, industrial).
- LEED accreditation.
