Restaurant General Manager

We are seeking a talented Restaurant General Manager (GM) for our bustling Asian concept restaurant, located in Boston. Offering an attractive base salary starting at $85,000 per year, with a quarterly performance bonus plan to fuel your professional growth.
Job Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a GM in a full-service restaurant.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proven track record of driving performance and delivering amazing results.
- Strong business acumen, creativity, and proactive problem-solving skills.
- Experience in food costs control and profitable management.
- Passionate about food and creating a positive environment for team and guests.
- Proficiency in ensuring compliance with food safety and health and safety procedures.

- Hiring and developing top talent, providing coaching and training to be the best they can be.
- Managing investments, building sales, and exceeding budgets.
- Working effectively with your head chef to control food costs and proactively managing to maximize profitability.
- Inspiring your team to go the extra mile for our guests, creating an unwavering passion for our food.
- Ensuring your team's compliance with food safety and health and safety procedures.
