Guest Care Specialist

A company is looking for a Guest & Member Care Specialist who will provide support for internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries and own customer issues from start to finish

Maintain accurate documentation of customer contacts and ensure timely responses

Assist with reservations, enrollments, and daily operational tasks for hotels

Required Qualifications

High School diploma required

Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Excel and Word

Ability to learn and work with department operating systems

Sound judgment and ability to make decisions quickly

Computer hardware requirements including specific Windows OS and specifications
