As a Security Guard Access Control Specialist in Charlotte, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include monitoring access points, managing badge entry systems, and conducting routine patrols throughout the property to help deter security-related incidents. You will be the first point of contact for those entering the building, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a visible presence. This role is ideal for individuals who are comfortable using computers or tablets and who have experience with alarm panels or access control systems. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
