Title of Position : Assistant Manager

Job Description : The Assistant Manager will be responsible for all daily functions of the restaurant. Ensuring guest satisfaction in addition to maintaining a positive and encouraging atmosphere for the hourly personnel will be the responsibility of the Assistant Manager.

It's essential for the Assistant Manager to lead by example and ensure compliance with company standards and policies as well as state a health regulation.
