We are seeking a Call Center Representative for our Atlanta-Sandy Springs, GA office. Your primary responsibility will be taking inbound calls and connecting our patients to life-saving treatments.
Trigger Warning : Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having a responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people.

Qualifications High School Diploma / GED. Strong customer service mindset. Previous experience in customer service required Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.
