Executive Assistant to CEO

$90,000 - $110,000 per annum

Silver Swan is working with a returning client to fill an Executive Assistant position in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated professional with at least five years of experience to support the CEO in day-to-day operations.
This is an in-office role based in Austin, with occasional travel.
The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented problem solver, capable of managing a high-pressure environment, and ensuring smooth coordination across multiple departments including marketing, finance, and business development
Key Responsibilities :
- Calendar Management : Manage and adapt the CEO's schedule (Google Calendar) as needed.
- Procurement : Purchase supplies, gifts, and assist with personal tasks as required.
- Travel : Book travel, create itineraries, and be available for troubleshooting during trips. Travel up to once a month.
- Tech Proficiency : Expert in Mac, Slack, and expense reporting.
- Communications : Draft correspondence, manage Google Suite (Docs, Slides), and organize tasks, reminders, and meeting minutes.
- Team Collaboration : Coordinate across time zones, supporting event planning and project
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle confidential information
- Interest or experience in the Consumer Product Goods industry
