Position Overview

We’re seeking a Director of Engineering to help us continue to build world-class tools for our doctors and medical professionals.

We’re looking for an intentional, purpose-driven leader who can provide solutions to complex problems and help define the roadmap for the future and scalability of our platform.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the overall technical vision, planning, and design architecture for 3-5 of our engineering pods.
• Work closely with product and design leaders to push forward Fullscript's product vision.
• Support and grow a team of technical leads and their teammates.
• Work with other engineering leaders to establish best practices and improve how our teams work.
• Support executives with growth initiatives while maintaining the technical health of the application.
• Collaboratively build the technical roadmap with other technical leaders to ensure that Fullscript can continue to scale.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams responsible for customer-facing applications.
• Experience leading and growing other technical leaders.
• Experience in a collaborative environment with other product management, design, and data leaders.
• Experience working in a continuous integration environment.
• Experience in e-commerce or the health-tech sector.
