We are seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Rep in the Squirrel Hill PA, area
Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues related to Commercial lines insurance policies.
- Assist clients with the management of their insurance policies, including policy renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and claims processing.
- Support the sales team by generating quotes, conducting needs assessments, and recommending appropriate insurance products to clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to provide clients with relevant and up-to-date information.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of various insurance products, helping them make informed decisions about their coverage.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience and support the overall goals of the company.
Job Requirements
Requirements :
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in commercial lines insurance or a related field is preferred.
- Licensed insurance Agent - Commercial lines highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient in using insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
