BCBA Role at Discovery :
We seek passionate and NET-focused BCBAs to join our rapidly growing North Carolina team and make a difference! Your responsibilities will include :
- Conducting thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized treatment plans
- Providing direct ABA therapy to clients in home and community-based settings
- Training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) / Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT) / BCAT / Behavior Technicians to ensure implementation of treatment plans
- Collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care
- Maintaining accurate data collection and analysis to track client progress and inform treatment decisions
- Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities
Settings :
- Flexible schedule options with rotating weekly telehealth day.
- This is an onsite position in our Winston Salem clinic location.
- Full-time roles available
Compensation :
$80,000-$100,000 Depending on experience and bonus structure. $5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS!
Qualifications :
- Board Certified Behavior Technician (BCBA) certification required
- LBA certification
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
