Location : Remote - working PST hours
Schedule : M-F 40 hours per week
Target Start Date : November 2024
Contract End Date : June 30, 2025 (with potential to extend)
Pay Rate : $50 / hr
Top 3 Hard Skills Required
1. Minimum 8 years experience with cloud or other tech.
2. Minimum 8 years experience with technical writing / communications
3. Minimum 8 years experience with manual / instructional writing.
- Purpose of the Team : The purpose of this team is to write technical guides based on existing work. Domain Subject Matter Experts (SME) draft the information, and this role will be responsible for creating useable guides from the information.
- Key projects : This role will contribute to technical instructional guide writing. They will work on current and backlogged guides.
- Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm : The role will consist of 10% collaboration 10% preparation / review with 80% technical writing.
- What makes this role interesting? - This role provides the opportunity to work closely with developers on writing instruction manuals.
- Unique Selling Points : They will work closely with the cloud team to draft guides that are used for broad internal consumption.
