A hospital is seeking a cardiologist for locum tenens coverage. In northeastern California, outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy the breathtaking landscapes of the Modoc National Forest, offering hiking, camping, and wildlife watching amidst pristine wilderness.
The area is also home to the captivating Lava Beds National Monument! There will be 24hr call from 6 : 00am - 6 : 00am. The clinician will be consulting patients in ED and inpatients, collaborating with Hospitalists and Specialists, supervising Stress Tests (Pharmacological / Exercise), and interpreting OP and INPT Echocardiology, Holter, and Event Monitors.
The facility will prefer experience with TEE; optional - Transvenous pacing, and tilt table interpretation. The credentialing timeframe is 30-60 days.
