About the team
This product solutions and operations manager will be responsible for defining solutions for products and features for the Merchandise product team, working with cross-functional partners across the e-commerce organization (business, policy, product, marketing, developing end-to-end product strategy and design, and executing on the product roadmap to deliver new innovations for both internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities : - Establish a deep understanding of promotion needs, driving product launches and iterations, and responsible for product penetration, satisfaction, and business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Account Managers, Product Management, Operations, Design, Data Science, and Engineering, to shape the product strategy, roadmap, and adoption.
- Prioritize product requirements using ROI analysis, dependency analysis, and other techniques.- Participate in the product development lifecycle, review various artifacts to ensure quality, and run and / or participate in user acceptance testing to ensure product quality and optimal user experience prior to product launch.
- Plan and execute go-to-market activities, including product documentation, internal stakeholders training, target audience activation plans, and operational support tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our promotions system remains competitive and innovative.
- Monitor key product performance metrics, conduct gap analysis, and identify issues and optimizations to drive product improvement plans.
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in product marketing in the internet and E-commerce industry.- Promotional experience is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in influencing product development and strategy using quantitative and qualitative market insights.- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills, comfortable navigating global organizational structures and aligning objectives across multiple teams.
- Strong analytical skills and a bias for action, comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial and error iterations, and constantly improving.
Preferred Qualifications- A Bachelor's degree is required (related fields preferred : Marketing, Communications, or any similar field).
