In this role, you will coordinate comprehensive nursing care, advocate for patients, and collaborate with a dynamic team to ensure the best outcomes for our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

As an RN in our Neuro Med / Surg unit, you will :

• Assess patients' conditions and nursing care needs.
• Set goals and prescribe appropriate nursing interventions to address physical, psychological, social, and rehabilitative needs.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
• Evaluate patient care outcomes and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Communicate effectively with patients and oversee their care.
• Provide education and instruction to patients and their families.
• Document nursing observations, assessments, medications, and treatments accurately.
