Western Regional Manager- HM Solutions, Inc.

HM Solutions, Inc, a successful and growing facilities service company, is seeking a professional Western Regional Manager to plan, direct and coordinate operations for our Western Region accounts. Our current footprint in the Western Region includes Colorado, Washington and  Arizona.

This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services across various environments. The ability to lead a team of 20-30 people in various locations along with customer service skills to maintain a working relationship with our client.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to :

• Must be flexible and willing to travel extensively as this position is re quired to visit multiple facilities as needed.
• Improve operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being
• Examine financial data / statements and use them to improve profitability
• Perform quality controls and monitor day-to-day operations within various accounts
• Recruit, train, supervise and monitor all employees in the Region
• Respond to customer and management needs / requests / complaints
• Budget development and oversight experience
• Basic IT skills (databases, MS Office etc.)
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• W orking knowledge of OSHA requirements and standards
• Leadership and organizational skills
