Overnight Shifts for Caregivers in Delray Beach!
Develop new caregiving skills by becoming a Caregiver at Home Instead Senior Care. The job gives you the opportunity to fill that extra space in your heart through helping the elderly in our community and you work according to your own personally designed schedule.

Typical Day :
- Assist the client in activities of daily living (ADL's)
- Use your skills to improve the quality of life for your client.
- Follow a pre-established care plan (accessible from your smart phone). This may include bathing, grooming, meal prep, light housekeeping, and transportation.
- Engage the client, keeping them active and social.
Job Requirements :
- HHA, PCA, CNA or other certifications preferred (other experience considered)
- Proven history of being dependable and on-time.
- Patient, kind, and uses good judgment.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Fluency in English mandatory (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Successfully pass criminal, drug and driving background checks

- 3-part compensation package : base pay, unlimited bonus programs, full benefit package
- If hired, you will become an employee. We pay / file your payroll taxes for you and you get a W2 tax return.
- Earn 1.5 times your pay rate for working overtime and holidays.
