Project Coordinator
Vivid Staffing is working with an automotive manufacturing client in North Carolina (just outside of Raleigh) that is looking for a project coordinator to help them with an ERP implementation project.
We are looking for someone with :
- Strong administrative experience.
- The ability to coordinate project phases and schedules, track progress.
- Previous experience of arranging support services, liaising with executives.
- Ability to coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information and break projects into doable actions while setting realistic project timeframes.
- Ability to support the implementation of the ERP software process via Epicor.
- Ideally you will have manufacturing experience
Job responsibilities :
- Issue appropriate paperwork and create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Assist with schedule management and ensure clients’ needs are met as projects evolve.
- Analyze risks and opportunities and act as the point of contact and communication, relaying project status information to relevant parties.
- Monitor progress and resolve any issues that arise during the project, including collaboration with project managers to eliminate blockers.
We need someone who can travel to Goldsboro 5 days a week with a view for a more remote working arrangement as the ERP project winds down.
The project will be 18 months long, 40 hours p / w Mon-Fri and paying $50-60 dollars per hour W2.
