Forklift Operator / Warehouse Worker

Clean Harbors - Caseyville, IL is currently looking for a Forklift Operator / Warehouse Worker to join our team!

Starting Pay : $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday

As a Forklift Operator / Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts and performing general warehouse duties, including loading / unloading, material handling, and supporting daily facility operations. Key Responsibilities

Ensures Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times

Operates forklifts and other equipment to safely load, unload, move, and store drums, containers, and materials within the facility

Supports warehouse operations including inventory control, shipping / receiving, and staging of materials

Completes all required paperwork and documentation for materials handling and waste tracking

Performs general housekeeping and maintains a safe, clean, and organized work area

Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required

Must be 18 years or older

1+ years of forklift or warehouse experience preferred (will train the right candidate)

Valid forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain)

Basic computer skills

Ability to lift 50 pounds or more

Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments
