Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Java Developer to join a federal program based in Annapolis Junction, MD on a HYBRID basis.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.
Responsibilities of the Java Developer :
- Software design and development of new enhancements for an existing software system
- Analysis and resolution of reported system issues
- Working with a team to cover help desk for the product
- Work together with a distributed team via web conferencing
Qualifications of the Java Developer :
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in software engineering using web technologies (Java, JavaScript, Angular, HTML5, CSS)
- Experience in MS SQL Server database development including DB design, coding of stored procedures, and development of complex queries
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, etc.
- Must hold an active Secret clearance
Compensation for the Java Developer :
- Salary : $65,000-100,000 / year *flexible based on experience*
