Job Description : We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with our B2B clients.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping businesses succeed, excellent communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the primary point of contact for our B2B clients, providing outstanding customer service and support.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential and existing clients.
- Manage and resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A proactive approach with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
