Regional CDL A Driver

Overview : We are seeking a dedicated and skilled CDL A Driver with minimum 2 year experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating over the road trucks. Someone that has experience with Amazon Relay would be a plus. Must be willing to get hazmat TWIC, doubles endorsements. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while transporting goods across designated routes. This is a contract role

Responsibilities

Safely operate and drive commercial vehicles.

No Touch Freight, all drop and hook.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations.

Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and cargo details.

Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport.

Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers while maintaining high standards of service.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with the appropriate endorsements for the type of vehicle being operated.
• Proven experience in truck driving with a strong understanding of safety protocols.
• Must have experience with Amazon Relay
• Mandatory 2 years driving experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak in English
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings as required by company policies & FMCSA.
• HAZMAT / TWIC or willing to obtain
• Doubles Endorsement or willing to obtain
