Position - Outside Sales Representative - Entry Level Location - High Point, NCCompany - Synerfac Technical StaffingDescription - This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing recruiting and staffing firm in the High Point / Greensboro area.
As an Account Representative you will work to develop new business relationships with a wide range of companies in the greater Triad area.
You will communicate with prospective clients over the phone, via email, and through on-site visits. This is an office-based role with base hours Monday-Friday with some minimal additional work expected outside normal business hours.
You will work to develop skills in account management and business relations, negotiation, customer service, and sales to name a few.
This is a direct hire, long term opportunity!- Bachelors degree required - Strong motivation, communication, and teamwork skills required - Desire to work in a past faced environment requiring heavy phone and email work is required- Ability to work on-site Monday-Friday required- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow required- Customer service or sales experience preferred but not required
