PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST - FLEXIBLE HOURS AND COMPETITIVE PAY

Greenbaum Breuer & Associates is seeking a Legal Receptionist to join our team in New Orleans. We are a law firm dedicated to helping families in our community obtain disability income and health coverage through Social Security Disability benefits.

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionists duties include offering administrative support across the organization.

You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should also be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.

Multitasking and stress management skillsare essential for this position. Job Responsibilities : Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone;

answering or referring inquiries. Handling all calls with professionalism and courtesy Answering all incoming calls and transferring calls to respective staff members Listening and taking all messages Maintaining a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Scheduling new client appointments Prepping clients for their intake and helping clients with required steps to become a new client Reminding clients of their upcoming appointments Calling and following up with all website leads for potential new clients Taking inventory and ordering office supplies Scanning, photocopying and faxing documents Company Information : Greenbaum Breuer & Associates has been fighting for people to win benefits in New Orleans and the Gulf Coast for 40 years.
