Summary :
As a Project Manager, you will lead a cross-functional software development efforts and facilitate scum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives) to ensure that deadlines and requirements are met.
You will have strong collaboration with key stakeholders, multiple development teams, and a 3rd party software implementor.
This is an onsite position in Omaha, Nebraska. You will need to be in a hybrid office model 3 days a week.
Qualifications and Responsibilities :
- 7+ years in Information technology
- 4+ years of professional experience working as a scrum master or technical project manager with large-scale web applications
- Comfortable experimenting with a variety of approaches based on the need & fit
- Promotes the use of experimentation with quality engineering practices
- Collaborates with product owners to ensure the team has a healthy product and sprint backlog
- Manages and helps the team implement areas of improvement as identified in the retrospective.
- Coaches team members and partners with other scrum masters regarding adoption of agile standards, tools and best practices to improve collaboration.
- Direct experience working in an environment where technology and business intersect
- Experience working within an iterative development environment
- Experience working in application lifecycle management tools
- Maintains strong execution and drives across multiple fronts; self-starter, speed-oriented
- Experience in the transportation or logistics would be ideal
- Experience in Jira, Sharepoint, M365
