Job Description : As a District Manager , you'll thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment. Lead by example, empower your team, and ensure our customers receive outstanding service.

You're the bridge between overseeing our local stores and championing the Metro By T-Mobile brand. We're looking for a leader who drives success across multiple locations, ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction by resolving issues and staying ahead in the wireless industry.

What You'll Do :

• Responsible for leadership and management of up to 18 retail store locations across the DMA.
• Lead by example, surpassing sales goals and driving team performance.
• Partner with the Store Managers to help recruit and develop top talent.
• Build and motivate a high-performance team through hiring, coaching, and development.
• Manage inventory, shipments, returns, and store operations.
• Set clear goals aligned with company objectives and ensure team efficiency.
• Support Store Managers in customer and employee issue resolution.
• Use data to set and achieve sales targets.
• Stay updated on the latest wireless technology trends.
• Analyze Profit and Loss to identify individual and District opportunities and performance gaps that will drive results.
• Stay ahead of the curve by partnering with our senior management leaders from all our departments.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus.
• 2+ years in retail / sales management with a focus on customer service.
• Experience managing multiple locations and teams.

Skills Needed :

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
