What you'll bring
WhoYou Are :
- As a TaxAssociate, you have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, usingcommercial tax preparation software.
- You arepassionate about helping clients navigate the complexities oftaxation, and you're committed to enhancing our brand by delightingour customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
- You possess excellent customer service skills,and you are excited to interact with customers through video andaudio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
What YouNeed :
- You must possessor be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates,permits, or bonds and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number(PTIN).
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) adedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Securitycriteria.
- Must be willing and available to worka minimum of 20 hours per week.

What You WillDo :
- In this role, youwill help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTaxproducts. By providing tax advice, full service return preparation,tax calculations, and managing product / software inquiries, you willbe working toward advancing our goal of "Powering Prosperity Aroundthe World."
- You will utilize governmentwebsites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek outand deliver the right answer to the customer using everydaylanguage.
- This is a virtual, customer-facingrole, so you will use our state of the art video communicationsoftware to interact with customers, and you will documentinteractions to maintain accurate records.
