Physical Therapist or Chiropractor

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to work as part of an interdisciplinary team to evaluate and treat patients in our clinics. Our team consists of physical rehab providers (PTs, PTA, Chiropractors, trainers), Cognitive Behavioral Therapists, and MDs. We use an educationally based treatment model to teach patients transferable skills for managing chronic pain conditions. The physical therapy population is primarily adult orthopedic and chronic pain patients.

What you will do :

• Evaluation and treatment of individual patients.
• Evaluate patients for the FRP / TBI program / Work Conditioning program
• Create individualized exercise regimen and plan of care to reach established goals.
• Work with patients both individually and in groups alongside other clinicians

Patient volumes can vary between 4-12 patients based on patient needs within the programs

Qualifications :

Compensation Range :

$95,000 to $125,000 Annually

All compensation ranges are posted based on internal equity, job requirements, experience, and geographical locations.
