Spavia Minnetonka is seeking full-time and part-time massage therapists at all experience levels to join our team! We are an independently-owned luxury day spa in Minnetonka, MN.

Massage Therapists earn competitive wages per treatment, with increased pay for advanced modalities and gratuity. They are also eligible for bonuses and sale commissions.
Spavia offers various spa treatments for our massage therapists to provide relaxation and treatments. Our award-winning massages include our signature, deep tissue, hot stone, sports, and maternity massages.
We also offer massage enhancements at select locations, including Cause Medic and Hypervolt, to increase the guest experience and results.
In-house training is provided for your benefit. Your guests can also enjoy a full line of skincare offerings, body scrubs, and wraps!

Responsibilities
- Arriving early for your shift
- Talk with guests about their symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals.
- Evaluate guests before and during the massage to locate painful or tense body areas.
- Manipulate muscles, tendons, ligaments, and other soft tissues of the body
- Increase range of motion through joint mobilization techniques
- Suggest future massage appointments and regime to guests
- Listen to guests during appointments and adjust technique as they desire
- Guide stretching, strengthening, overall relaxation, and improving their posture
- Document guests’ conditions and progress
- Clean your treatment room and sanitize equipment
