Proficiency in CAD / CAM software, blueprint reading, and tooling fabrication. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of lean manufacturing and quality control principles. Commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Hands-on expertise with both manual and CNC machining, tooling repairs, and quality inspections. Ability to stand, walk, and move frequently throughout the shift. Lift up to 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally). Good vision and manual dexterity for detailed work.

HiFyve is hiring a Tool & Die Manager in the Manufacturing industry in Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN!
Salary : 90K - $115K
Shift : Days
Location : Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and supervise the tool & die team, assigning work priorities and fostering skill development.
- Oversee the design, fabrication, modification, and repair of metal stamping tooling.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to support manufacturing needs and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage tooling inventory, procurement, and budget controls.
- Ensure tooling meets quality, safety, and compliance standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate tooling records, documentation, and reporting.
- Mentor and train team members to improve technical skills and safety awareness.
