Job Description :
RPh on the Go is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team in a fast-paced mail order and specialty retail environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy operations and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities :
- Inbound Client Calls : Manage and respond to incoming calls from clients, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Order Entry : Accurately enter prescription orders into the system while adhering to established protocols.
- Insurance Verification : Conduct insurance verifications to ensure coverage for medications and services.
- Inventory Control : Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Communication : Collaborate effectively with clients, healthcare providers, and pharmacists to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
Shift : M-F, 8am to 5pm
Qualifications :
- Experience : Previous pharmacy technician experience is required.
- Licensing : Valid Indiana pharmacy technician license.
- Skills :
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
