Overview

Engineering and IT Recruiter / Account Manager @ MBS Professional Staffing | Human Resources Management

MBS is hiring a Technical Writer in Mason, OH. This position is full-time, temp to hire.

Responsibilities

  • Creation of a documentation methodology and framework and maintains proper methodology for purposes of consistency and efficiency.
  • This role prepares and / or maintains documentation pertaining to programming, system design, software operation, product description documents, installation documentation and user documentation.
  • This position translates business and technical specifications into documentation to be used by Sales, Marketing, the technical development team and user documentation.
  • This position is familiar with a variety of the field\'s concepts, practices and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must have the ability to communicate easily.
  • BA or BS degree with a minimum of two years work experience writing technical documentation.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Word and PowerPoint products as well as ability to use graphic editing software.
  • Experience with a document archival system
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • PC skills required (including MS Office).
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
  • Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
  • Ability to utilize hand / eye coordination.
  • Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time

    • Compensation

  • Base pay range : $30.00 / hr - $34.00 / hr
  • Base pay range figure provided by MBS Professional Staffing; actual pay based on skills and experience.
