Aspirus At Home in Wisconsin Rapids, WI is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our field team!

The Registered Nurse ensures quality and safe delivery of home health / hospice care services to patients of all ages. Coordinate’s provision of home health and hospice services that reflect the agency’s philosophy and standards of home health / hospice and nursing care of assigned clients including Assisted Living and CBRF’s.

Ensures quality and safe delivery of nursing care services. Provides documentation of care consistent with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.

This position may be eligible for a Sign On Bonus!

HOURS : Full Time or .8 FTE, 64 hours every pay period. Day shift into early evenings.

Experience / Qualifications

• Knowledge of patient care standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a nursing program. Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Maintains education and specialty certification requirements specific to the department scope of service.
• Previous experience beneficial.
• Possesses an active Wisconsin RN nursing license.
• Maintains specialty certification as per department scope of service.
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire. All clinical personnel in identified job codes are required to maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) training through independent study, online manikin and knowledge testing.

An acceptable training program is the Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider course from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross Professional Rescuer Program with AED.

Annual accrual of CEUs / continuing education requirements per Education Council recommendation for the given year.

Driver’s License Required

• Possesses a valid WI or MI Driver’s License required.
• Possesses automobile liability insurance with minimum $100,000 / $300,000 coverage required, or $300,000 combined single-limit liability.
• Has an acceptable driving record.
