Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH (formerly Accounting Principals) has partnered with a fast-growing company in Dallas, TX! They are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to assist with invoice processing, expenses and reconciliations. This is a contract opportunity that offers hybrid flexibility. Primary Functions :

• Receive, process, verify, and reconcile invoices
• Analyze expense reports and record entries
• Statement reconciliations
• Process utility invoices
• Research and resolve discrepancies
• Monitor discount opportunities
• Month-end close

Qualifications :
