A company is looking for a Healthcare Navigator.Key Responsibilities : Deliver specialized service to members, act as a single point of contact, and navigate optimal careProvide concierge-level guidance on benefit plans throughout the healthcare journeyEstablish strong rapport with members and internal counterparts, becoming an expert in benefit administrationRequired Qualifications : College degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferredProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelExperience in client-focused solutions based on customer needs, ideally in virtual / telephonic settingsAdvanced soft skills with high emotional intelligenceHealthcare industry work experience is a plus but not required
