Our client, a leading provider of therapy and psychiatry services for adults (18+) and teens (12-17), offers a unique opportunity for licensed mental health therapists in Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities
- Evidence-Based Treatment : Provide individualized therapy sessions primarily through telehealth video or phone consultations for both adults and teens.
- Comprehensive Care : Conduct intakes, individual, group, and family therapy, as well as mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
- Documentation : Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping in compliance with federal, state, and company standards.
Qualifications
Required
- Education : Masters degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field.
- Licensure : Current Massachusetts LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent.
- Residency : Reside within Massachusetts.
- Technology : Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection, and a private, quiet space for sessions.
- Experience : At least 1 year of relevant mental health experience.
- Availability : Seeking full-time hours, including working until 8 PM on two days per week or four 4-hour shifts on weekends.
Preferred
- 1+ years of experience in any of the following areas :
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Evidence-Based Practice
- Telehealth services
Schedule and Shift Details
- Hours : Flexible scheduling from 7 AM to 9 PM EST, 7 days a week.
- Shift Requirements : Availability to work until 8 PM two days per week or weekend coverage for four 4-hour shifts.
- Remote Work : Fully remote, work from your own location with no in-office requirements.

- Compensation Model : Salary + pay-per-session, with potential earnings up to $90,000 annually for high performers.
