Role : 1099 Independent Contractor
Location : Ohio - Remote
Work Hours : Full-time or Part-time
Students : K-12
Rate : $34-$39 per hour
Primary Duties :
- IEP Development and Implementation : Design and update Individualized Education Plans in collaboration with parents and school staff.
- Virtual Instruction : Deliver and adjust lessons using digital platforms to address diverse student needs.
- Student Progress Monitoring : Regularly assess and support academic and behavioral growth.
- Family Communication : Provide ongoing updates to parents and guardians regarding student progress and requirements.
- Educator Collaboration : Work alongside general education teachers to support inclusive learning environments.
- Compliance and Professional Development : Stay current with special education laws and participate in ongoing training.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
- Valid Ohio teaching certification with Intervention Specialist Endorsement
- Professional liability insurance
- Preferred : Minimum of 2 years experience in telehealth and educational environments
