Our client in SLC, UT is seeking a Warehouse Associate I to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate I, you will be part of the Manufacturing Team.
Monday-Friday, 7 : 30am-3 : 30pmWhat’s the Job?Emptying trash, cleaning areas like railings, sweeping floors, stocking tote supplies for pickers, and stripping ice pillows from totes and loading them into refrigerators and freezers.
Putting away cases and helping pick orders; assisting with order fulfillment, stocking and replenishment, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
Utilizing the functions of the warehouse management system in a fully automated, PkMS enabled environment to perform daily tasks.
Accurately filling orders, verifying quantity, size, strength, and NDC numbers, and ensuring products are packed appropriately to prevent damage during transit.
Maintaining a clean work area to help ensure merchandise remains clean and to help prevent work-related injuries.What’s Needed?
High School diploma or equivalent is desired; minimum of one (1) year of equivalent work experience.Previous warehouse / distribution experience is preferred.
Adequate mobility to continually walk and stand; ability to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally.Ability to read and understand English, have number recognition skills, and good hand / eye coordination.
Exhibit a sense of urgency to ensure all deadlines are met; computer knowledge is desirable.What’s in it for me?Competitive pay rate of $18.
