Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Develop, implement, and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.

Create and manage cycle count schedules by inventory velocity, value, and risk.

Lead and train cycle count teams, ensuring accurate and timely counts.

Investigate inventory variances and identify root causes with corrective actions.

Partner with warehouse, sourcing, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.

Provide reporting and performance metrics on inventory accuracy.

Drive process improvements to optimize inventory management.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and auditing standards.

Qualifications Needed

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations.

Prior leadership or supervisory role required.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

Knowledge of ERP systems, RF scanners, and automated inventory tracking tools.

Experience in high-volume distribution or manufacturing environments.

Strong communication and cross-department collaboration skills.
