Key Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Software Development :
- Independently design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications and APIs using Golang, Python, and React.
- Architect solutions for scalability and efficiency, ensuring robust backend systems and intuitive frontend interfaces.
- System Optimization and Maintenance :
- Optimize backend services and enhance system performance.
- Manage deployment processes, handle complex troubleshooting, and ensure reliable system operations.
- Code Quality and Review :
- Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their growth and helping them improve their skills.
- Stakeholder Communication :
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define timelines, and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Continuous Learning and Innovation :
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions and drive continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in backend development with Golang and Python.
- Advanced experience with frontend development using React.
- Strong understanding of database management, optimization, and API design.
- Experience with cloud services and modern deployment methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for mentoring and supporting junior engineers.
