We are currently seeking a Public Works Engineer to join out team of professionals.

Job summary : The Engineer III is responsible for design and engineering of utilities, highways, public works, infrastructure, and land development projects.

Requirements :

• 7+ years of civil engineering design experience
• BS in Civil Engineering degree from an accredited University
• AutoCAD Civil 3D skills
• Experience with preparing plans, specifications, and cost estimates
• Experience with utility agency coordination
• Familiarity with local standards
• Professional Engineer (PE) License (highly preferred)
• MSCE or similar (preferred)

Job Duties :

• Prepare plans in AutoCAD Civil 3D for highway and street geometric, traffic handling, site logistics, signing and striping, pavement delineation, roadway grading, site grading and earthwork, roads, sanitary and storm drainage, storm water data reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with agencies, utility companies, and clients.
• Prepare meeting notes.
• Perform site visits.
• Assign tasks to and direct junior engineers, engineer technicians, and administrative staff as needed.
• Plan and coordinate various aspects of the engineering work.
• Other duties as assigned.

Remote : Hybrid position 3 days in office and 2 days remote

Pay : $42.00 - $56.00 per hour
