About This Role

We're seeking a highly experienced and motivated Plumbing Superintendent to oversee all on-site activities for commercial plumbing projects. This role ensures quality workmanship, project efficiency, code compliance, and safety, while leading crews and subcontractors from start to finish

What You'll Do

• Prepare and layout projects for underground, in-wall, overhead, and trim plumbing
• Supervise day-to-day on-site plumbing operations for large-scale commercial projects
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to maintain schedule and resolve issues
• Review plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Lead and mentor field crews, ensuring work is performed to the highest standard
• Monitor inventory and procurement of materials, tools, and equipment
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and OSHA requirements
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
• Prepare daily reports, progress updates, and communicate milestones to PM's
• Assist in budgeting, estimating change orders, and forecasting labor and materials
