Join our Nursing Team as a Registered Nurse at San Marcos

Saturdays 8-5 twice per month or every other Saturday. Weekday of your choice 8 : 00am to 5 : 00 pm for a total of 20 hours per week

In this position, you would travel to our different locations in North County , including Ramona and Perris, on occasions.

Mileage reimbursement and benefits are offered.

Needs a clean driving record, CA driver's license, proof of automobile insurance.

Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Join our team of caring providers, in an employed, collaborative, outpatient clinical setting.

Qualifications Required :

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Graduate from an accredited California School of Professional Nursing
• Current California State Board RN License, BLS Certification for Healthcare Provider
• Bilingual Spanish preferred

Posses the ability to work independently and as a team member

Qualifications Desired :

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Nursing experience in an ambulatory clinic and / or community health care setting.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but no needed.
• Reliable transportation, will be traveling to different clinics as needed. Clean driving record, California License and Proof of auto insurance required.

Knowledge of medical terminology, legal and technical aspects of a medical records system, and ICD-10 and CPT codes

If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience.

In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining any final offer.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future and continued salary growth.
