Position : Clinical Supervisor - LCSW-C, LMSW, or LCPC

Responsibilities :

• Clinical Oversight : Provide clinical supervision to ensure the delivery of effective and ethical services.
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of clinicians to achieve their highest potential.
• Program Development : Contribute to the development and enhancement of clinical programs to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
• Documentation and Compliance : Ensure accurate and timely documentation, adhering to regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications for Your Leadership Journey :

• Master's Degree (Preferred) : Possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• LCSW-C, LMSW, or LCPC Licensure : Hold a current and valid LCSW-C, LMSW, or LCPC license.
• Supervising Experience : Demonstrate at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
• Leadership Skills : Showcase strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
