About Our Design Team

Beryl Project Engineering's design division—based in Tampa since 2012—delivers full-spectrum structural engineering for residential and commercial new construction, remodels, and specialized structural projects across Florida's Gulf Coast.

Our licensed engineers and drafters collaborate closely with contractors, architects, and homeowners to design solutions that are technically sound, code-compliant, and build-ready. Services include :

• New Construction Design Plans : including foundations, framing systems, roof layouts, and structural detailing.
• Residential Remodel & Renovation : covering additions, wall removals, attic upgrades, and full-home transformations.
• Specialty Structural Design : rafter systems, foundations, retaining walls, pool structures, and solar panel support.
• Tall Building and Commercial Design : including structural systems for high-rise condominium buildings and steel commercial construction.
• Construction Partnerships : seamless coordination with builders, roofers, and other contractors to support permitting and execution.
