Link is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Graphic Designer with impeccable attention to detail

and a robust design sense to join our dynamic in-house studio. The successful candidate will work

closely with our Group Design Director while collaborating on creating visually appealing designs that

align with our company's brand identity and objectives. Additionally, they will be responsible for

designing artwork, campaign deliverables, motion / animated graphics, and finding practical solutions for

designing across various formats. The position will also include having solutions-oriented interpersonal

skills, working directly with our Marketing and Communications teams and other stakeholders to

provide visual storytelling, data visualization, and creativity for our various channels. We are looking for

a designer who is passionate about their craft and eager to grow and develop their skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design Creation : Assist in creating various design materials, including but not limited to logos,

brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website elements, animation and motion graphics, and

other marketing collateral.

Design Modifications : Collaborate with the design team to make necessary modifications and

revisions to existing designs based on feedback and requirements.

Brand Consistency : Maintain brand consistency throughout all design projects, ensuring

adherence to established brand guidelines and standards.

Layout and Composition : Apply principles of design, typography, and color theory to create

visually compelling and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Asset Editing : Perform basic image editing tasks, such as cropping, resizing, retouching, and

color adjustments, to enhance the visual appeal of designs.

Collaborative Approach : Work closely with the design team and other senior stakeholders to

understand project objectives and strategies, gather requirements, KPI’s and deliver high-quality

designs within established deadlines and budget.

File Management : Organize and maintain design files, ensuring proper version control and

accessibility for the team.

Research and Inspiration : Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging

technologies to bring innovative ideas and fresh perspectives to the team

Brainstorm and communicate effectively with marketing, communications, and other teams and

collaborate with various teams to conceptualize creative communications fulfilling project

objectives.

Stay current on the latest industry standards and trends for programs, hardware, and design to

better develop creative and innovative ways to make graphic assets visually engaging.

Creates motion / animated graphics for the company’s promotional videos, trailers, and other

media channels.

Other design requirements and responsibilities as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 3 years of proven work experience as a designer
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital marketing, or related field from a prominent design

school

  • Previous agency experience (internships, etc.) strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,

Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with design principles, layout, motion, and typography.

Proficient Mac user

  • Exposure to Figma
  • Intermediate hierarchy, layout, and typography skill set
  • Knowledge of color theory and balance
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop unique design concepts that effectively

communicate messages and evoke desired emotions

Strong eye for detail and the ability to deliver accurate and precise designs, ensuring alignment

with brand guidelines and project requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail and possesses strong organizational skills
  • Experienced in reformatting and resizing digital and print files to multiple dimensions and file

format

Sketching, illustration ability, and growing skills in photo retouching, photo manipulation and

compositing.

Effective organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously

and meet deadlines and budgets

A team-oriented, positive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent communication and

interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving design trends, technologies, and project requirements
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your design capabilities and demonstrating your understanding of

design principles and techniques

  • Must be motivated with an Everything is possible attitude
  • Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small
  • Video, Motion, and Animation skills are a HUGE plus.
