Responsibilities of the AP Specialist :

Review invoices for coding or vendor errors invoices for coding or vendor errors

Process check disbursements

Match invoices to receiving documents and purchase orders

Research vendor statements and disputes; answer phone calls

Perform other duties related to cash processing

Desired Qualifications :

Yardi experience is a plus

Basic excel skills

Previous ap experience

Willingness to learn
