Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service for inquiries regarding insurance availability, coverages, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Educate customers about insurance options through a needs-based review process.
- Use excellent communication skills to meet customer needs and support business development.
What We Offer :
- Competitive Compensation : Earn between $30,000 and $50,000 annually, with the potential to exceed this range through our salary plus commission system.
- Comprehensive Benefits Package : Including Simple IRA, health coverage with a monthly stipend, paid time off, and licensing reimbursement (after 3 months).

- Supportive Environment : Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8 : 30 AM 5 : 00 PM, in our Mount Juliet and Lebanon, TN offices.
